Just got back from the thrift store.
Broke down and bought my second MAC
this one is the "Grape" DVD iMac, paid $20 for it, it came with a second full size keyboard but no mouse.
I am looking in to Morphos or Aros or what ever they put on Macs. It only has 64 megs of ram and a 20 gig drive, but I will try to pump it up with all the pc 100 ram I have here. the DVD works too.
Even if I decide to sell it, I can double my money easily I think, so not too bad of a bargain.
Doesn't look like MorphOS supports G3 Macs, according to their site. Should make a decent little OS9 machine, though.
no? Damm, Oh well, for $20 it will make a good DVD player for the bedroom. I would put OS X on it but a quick fast look at Ebay, Looks like I would be paying about 3x with shipping, what I paid for it.:Doh:Quote:
