I have bought a couple of these from him this year and they work great with both 16GB and now 32GB SDHC cards.
One thing to note: Some people have reported having issues with using SDHC cards with a different version of this adapter. The version I have has Black SMD capacitors on it. There is another version that some sellers sell that has Yellow SMD caps on it.

Not that the cap color version matters, however it could be a different revision with different/updated code in the FC1306T chip.

All in all, the adapter is good for up to about 4 to 6 or so megabytes a second write speed. While it does hold back the overall top speed of what decent SDHC cards are capable of, unless you have an idefix Express installed, you will never see a real bottleneck from the adapter. Even then it might not have much of a hit in speed. The stock IDE port in an accelerated A1200 is only good for what, around 2 or 2.5 megs a sec?
All in all its a good deal if you have the right adapter. SDHC are just sooo cheap in comparison to CF cards.
Another item to my new mega drive setup. Boxed pretty much new 32x with leads, plates and spacer and Virtua Fighter :D
