Got my Indivision card and A1000 Adapter. The only Complain I have Is the big warning sheet for the Adapter is in German. Why can't they put an English translation on the Reverse, so the whole rest of the population of the world can read it? I don't think this is a Jen's Item, because Jens would have put English in there.
Basically, don't stick it on Denise socket but instead stick it on the Paula socket :)

Posted a general wanted ad for Commodore equipment/accessories on Craig's List last week. Someone contacted me about this PET 2001 computer and I jumped at the chance to get it.
It was a single owner system so it's in excellent physical condition. Unfortunately, there's a problem with the monitor, tape drive, and something wrong on the motherboard because it sometimes starts with errors. I'm pretty confident that I'll be able to fix it with the help of the retro community. :D
The gentleman also had two other amazing computers that he's had since the 70's. The first is an IMSAI 8080 and the second is a Sol-20 Terminal Computer! He's selling them but they are certainly out of my price range. It was, however, really great to see two historically significant systems in person.

Awesome, Heather! <-(I can rephrase this sentence without the comma)
The PET is an important computer to have. Most of the times the problem lies in the dried up capacitors (as always) or oxidated contacts.
Thanks Rogerio! I'm fairly certain that the problem with the main board is the capacitors since the PET will sometimes start properly. Speaking of capacitors, how do you test one to see if is working properly? I also need to learn how to read a capacitor to know what I need to buy for replacements.
The monitor works, but there is a wave that flows from the top of the monitor to the bottom. Anything in the thick wave band gets distorted. Fixing the cassette drive might be as simple as cleaning it because the player will play and fast forward/rewind but it does not find any programs on the tape. It may also need an alignment, but I won't be able to tell until I dig into it.
Ciao! :p
