My IDE68k v402 arrived today, here it is with my 68010 and 8mb RAM Board sitting on top of it - I had to remove the IDE connectors plastic shroud to get the ram board on as if I'd gone the other way I wouldnt be able to install the keyboard. As it is the RF shield no longer fits and has been retired. :cool:

Only one small problem, my arse hurt pretty bad after riding it home from the guy I bought it from, guess I wasn't used to those 50 minute rides anymore. :lol:

I couldn't help myself when I saw this on eBay as a cheap BIN now so grabbed it!
Nice clean A500+ that will go nice with my spare 1mb chip upgrade and an ACA520 :cool:

The listing said this has been boxed up for years, which for me means I'm hoping it's not has much use and in turn that means there is a good chance the battery hasn't leaked (top tip there for you buyers) ;)

Very nice steve, not always easy to find a nice white A500+.
My next machine will probably be an A500+, it was the machine I was going to get back in the day, but was convinced to keep saving a couple of years for an A1200.
When the ACA500 comes out I can use the ACA1230/28 I bought off you :thumbsup:

Is the A1000 NTSC? Its got the NTSC casing (no "Amiga" logo, only the PAL ones had that).

Yeah the A1000 is NTSC (I assume it is anyway) as it's coming from the USA :)
Of course, there will be lots of pics :thumbsup: I'm not taking the Monitor though, it wasn't includes and besides would be too much to ship, I'm already paying $120 just for postage on the A1000!
The A500+ is tested and working now, just booted into Workbench 2.04 with a floppy and my 1mb upgrade is working so I have the full 2mb chip Ram.
Can't get my Supra 500RX Ram to work, showing up as defective, but I might have the zips in wrong, back to check the manual now lol...
Not a big problem though with all these new upgrades coming to the market :cool:
