Just thought I'd let you know that I tried this with my Dell ST2220L and it works too, albeit I get some funny lines. Not sure if it's a dodgy RGB-VGA adapter or if the monitor's just not quite up to the task. I tried various VGA cables so I know that's not an issue. Unfortunately I have no DVI to VGA adapters that fit as all the adapters I tried have 4 pins surrounded by the wide flat pin and the monitor doesn't have holes for those 4 pins.

The ST2220L is identical to the ST2320L, apart from the fact the first is 22" and the latter is 23".

I use this monitor exclusively on the Amiga, and you can get rid of the wavy lines by playing with the Phase settings and Pixel Clock settings. If you use this monitor also on the PC I cannot guarantee the PC display will look alright though.... :)

Wow! A Russian Didaktik! Just read an article about Russian Spectrum clones and Russian computing in general. Back in the day you'd probably got one for a pair of sneakers. :lol:

There's a guy in Superior who used to be a keyboardist for a local band; he called on an ad I had out looking for old synthesizers to say that he had a few. I could only afford one at the prices he wanted (plenty fair, but not ultra-cheap,) but this one's a doozy - beautiful lush, analog '80s polysynth with a lot of tweaking potential.

I sold my Microkorg to alleviate the cost a bit, but that's okay - this thing has nearly every cool feature that that does (minus the vocoder,) a larger, nicer keyboard, a much larger patch matrix, and a smoother sound (the Microkorg's digital analog-modeling is alright, but it's much more suited to trance/hip-hop pads and crunchy noises than the kind of sounds I want to do.)

Luckily, the others aren't going anywhere; now I just gotta be saving for the Roland JX-10 and D-50... :thumbsup2:
