That's a thing of beauty. I'd love to get one for my Ted based systems.

Dear All,
recently i have been kinda bussy....
Bought a 3com SuperStack hub at the 2nd hand store for few euro :)
Bought a broken A2000 (red screen at boot), a dead A2000 mainboard and 7.0 scsi roms at the AmigaScene meeting, was given SimonsBasic and resqued a few basic typing tutor tapes from the bin :)
At the same meeting i was toying with my Fujitsu stylistic 500, removed powerconnector and soldered powerlead directly onto the "covenience base/dockingstation".
Next problem was that the batteries of the pen were dead...so i had no means control/input.
While working on it a guy said "wanna swap for a A1200 with 1230?".
After much consideration i agreed to the deal and ...later that night the guy brought the goodies and accepted the spare stylistic, a keyboard and floppydrive.
He reported he replaced the batteries in the pen, it now works 100% :)
It was a good day :)
Grtz, PymerOne.

Ooh, sweet. Lotta Konami goodness in there. They probably made the best use of the FDS's sound expansion of anyone (get a copy of Ai Senshi Nicol if you can, it's got a terrific soundtrack and it's pretty fun to boot.)

Yamaha TX7
I've been having fun playing with my TX81Z, but I've wanted to try out Yamaha's 6-operator FM synths for a long time now. This is basically a model-I DX7 in an MT-32-like desk-top box; like that, it's only monotimbral, but allegedly it's supposed to sound warmer than the DX7 thanks to some analog filtration...? I dunno, we'll see. Can't wait to try it out :D
