Nobby,
Did you happen to test those simm modules yet?
They look like ones that I received a couple of months ago and didn't work in any of my accelerators :(
I hope they are different.
Here is where I got mine (it's a buy it now so should be ok to be linked):

Yup same place (but cheaper)
Tested and No - they did not work.
Thought I might have to change a jumper on the Apollo
Turns out the Apollo only supports 32 Meg :(
I recently moved down state after graduating from Uni and immediately hit up all of the thrift shops that I could find. One in particular has the very best junk of all! I was only able to browse for half an hour because everything closes at 9pm here...but I did find something I did not expect.
For $xxxx I took home a nearly new looking MicroStar II by WestStar Corporation.
I have been studying 80's computers in my free time for the better part of a year now building my own z80 computer on bread board and creating so many boards with Eagle PCB. In any case, I was going to buy this because of all of the DIP chips...and because I mistook the Rockwell Logo for the Zilog logo (how embarrassing)...
After looking up the history of this card with loads of hope and excitement, I found that it is only used to control stage lighting...not a parallel port...not a serial port...just lights. I don't have an Apple II yet so I can't test the bugger. I just wanted to know if people were still using these or if there are some homebrews that make them a little more capable.
I'll let everybody know if I find something more. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO THERE AGAIN!

Is that the card's original Pokeball, or did you have to dig up a replacement?

One pound of Kester 44 Rosin Core 63/37 solder .031 Diameter and a solder spool for it. For you US guys that buy your solder from Radio Shack, Kester is worlds better in quality, and if you solder a lot like I do, it's hella cheaper to buy it by a 1 pound spool. This is NOT that lead free ****. Good 'ole tin and leaded solder. Parts Express part number 370-074. I have used lead free and I just don't like working with it all. I feel sorry for you Euro folks who have no choice.

Dayton Audio DTA-100a 50watts/channel Class T amp. Replaces a lower power DTA-1 amp. Very nice all metal enclosure with a helluva external power supply. 24v @ 5amps!
Tons of clean power. Have it attached to a set of Sony SS-B1000 bookshelf speakers for my retro setup. Might replace the bookshelf speakers with something different later on, but I can highly recommend them as they are a great value.

End of desk shot showing how its all setup (this actually changed since I took the photo on Saturday. Plus I still need to setup my A1200).
And before anyone asks, that's an Everdrive cart in both the SNES and AV Famicom. There is also one in the PCEngine Duo-R as well.
