I once encountered a TeraDrive in, of all places, a Wal-Mart in Mexico, in the early 2000s...
Yes.
But I am having some problems getting this working. I am not sure if it is the network socket in the room I am using it in or not though - as it did work downstairs.
Currently the issue I have is that it does not seem to want to connect to the router.
It says link connected etc, but it will not pick up a proper ip address from the router.
Raspbmc will not run as it just says it could not connect to the update server
(even when I preset that network details)
I am a little concerned that it is a dodgy network socket in my room, as it did seem to connect downstairs. But then again I did get it working (I am sure) briefly upstairs as well.
It says link is on, and it knows when the cable in the other room connecting to the router is unplugged so the cable under the floor is not entirely dead.
Needs some work later.
I couldn't resist this lil' fella

It took me about 3 days of "should I, shouldn't I" before I finally took the plunge.
Nice :) Couple with a decent amount of motherboard cache, they make for the best you can possibly get in a 386.
New kitten for the new apartment! She is an adorable, nameless, clumsy toe biter!
