I am a little concerned that it is a dodgy network socket in my room, as it did seem to connect downstairs. But then again I did get it working (I am sure) briefly upstairs as well.
It says link is on, and it knows when the cable in the other room connecting to the router is unplugged so the cable under the floor is not entirely dead.
Needs some work later.

I've got one of the two games released for it, Gyromite and all its accessories. :)
I'm currently fixing the Gyromite spindle as it has massive battery acid corrosion so bad the switch jammed and 2 wires literally fell off when i opened it.
Still very cool, I had to settle for a Tandy / Radio Shack Armatron which was still awesome!
I traded it in HS for a Ti 55 mkiii programable calculator tho so I don't have it anymore :(
