(let me tell ya, 8TB -> 10Tb, 6TB -> 10TB, 4TB - 8TB, 4TB -> 6TB takes a looooong time to copy on external drives... I believe the 8s and 10s are all SMR, which seem quite a bit slower, particularly as the drive fills up, as sectors/tracks get re-written often...)
