Well, I have 4 8bit system in my collection and I prefer to use real floppy when I use them instead of hooking them up to my PC. I have all the necessary hardware to interface them with my pc and load the games and apps from there but it isn't the same. I love the sound of the 1541 banging its head or the audio beeping sound of the Atari when it access its drive.
I miss the old days when we were playing loading again... :p
And the good old cassette days - I wrote one game that once the computer was set off loading I would go and eat my tea and it would still be loading when I got back to it :Doh:
Now that I don't miss :)
