Finally found some decently priced joysticks....after months of searching.
I have had both a C64 and Atari 2600 for quite awhile and couldn't play games that required sticks the whole time!! Gonna have some fun now.
I will use either the gemstiks or the flight stik for games, but I might build the paddles into a C64 for MSSIAH when I buy it. I had Prophet64 on a cart but shorted the IC when I inserted in backwards once. :sob:
2x Gemstiks
1x flight sim stik
2x Paddles
$1.99 each and one is sealed!

Nice car Fitz!
Very nice, allthough everyone knows red cars go faster ;) hehe
Nice car :)
@fitzsteve
It sure is a cute little thing. :) That shade of Blue is my favorite color.

Ok, I think your only problem is that the steering wheel is on the wrong side :wooha:
:D :D :D
lack of wight lighting stripe down the side lets it down for me steve ;)
think i have a roll of circa 1996 pin striping in the shed some where:thumbsup:
Bought a FB-357A off Mr Fitzgerald which I've just fitted inside my A1200. Works like a treat :ninja:
I bought a bios chip for my Dreamcast, so now the startup looks like this:

Sounds too much like an echo-ey version of the Gamecubes boot screen.

Yesterday I picked up another Retina Z3, besides a 1010 drive and another 3,5" external drive, not much on our clubday.
I bought myself a PS3 set with extra controller and GT5 this weekend. Yay for birthday money! :)
After just 2 weeks I got annoyed with my new GT520 card, I hoped it would be anything better than my trusty old GT9400, but it plainly sucked. It's a nice card for high-res desktops and such but for gaming it's absolutely rubbish.
So, I dug a little extra and a little deeper in my wallet and ordered a more decent card. Hopefully I will get a more decent score on 3D Mark this time :)
6850 should kick any games proverbial ass!

My new vita is currently updating... typical in this day and age. Just released and still needs an update...
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
LOL update the new game for the 21 century, do it !!
Picked up a 1541 drive from Germany. Paid through the nose for postage, but the unit price was a steal.
Since it's not a buy-it-now link I'll refrain to show it here until the unit pops on my porch.
I got one of these. The cheapest way I could find to speed up my PC... Plus it's compatible with newer CPUs, so can move along with me.
Attachment 23446 Attachment 23447
Its heat dissipation is almost TWICE that of my current CPU's needs.
Overclocking, here I come!!!
DJ Hero for the Wii. Bargain at £15 inc postage with the controller.

Its a usefull thing to have..
Hmm.. is that hoarder speak?
Managed to snag myself a Sega Mega Drive II with couple of pads and games for less than a quid with free local collection via ebay.
No psu for the mega drive but that was sorted with a multi-voltage adapter and it works fine.
Pics from the Ebay auction.
Just have received from Tony A590 for my A500 as not working/for spares
Really it works
I just bought one the worlds biggest failures in console history! It was cheap and curiosity got the better of me (thought i would have learned my lesson after buying a 3DO and Philips CD-i :D).
I present the 'Tiger Telematics Gizmondo'.... What a name! The picture has been taken from the ebay listing.

I have always wanted a Gizmondo! They looks a bit crazy but the hardware was quite ahead of it's time.
This is what I got in the post today... Eeeee!!! :D
welcome to the s2 club tokyo
I received my Peel T288 in the post today.
It's a device that your ipod touch 4g slips into and gives the ipod phone features aswell as Radio, which is something i missed.
Requires a Jailbroken Ipod and is compatible with most known networks.
Installation was really easy and works well so far.
Stock Pic
Thanks John.
Peel huh? That's a damn clever device I must say! I can only guess it's not the same Peel company that builty tiny cars in the Isle of Man. :)
It really is a cool device... Just a shame it never took off! I'll be giving Amiga emulation a whirl on it later (UAE4ALL) and have been messing around with SCUMMVM along with other emulators (MD, Snes, GBA etc... :)). So far so good
The specs really were ahead of their time for a system released in 2005:
Samsung ARM9 processor running at 400Mhz
nVidia GoForce 3D 4500 128-bit 3D Graphics accelerator
64Mb RAM
In terms of Mhz they where much higher then the PSP's stock 222Mhz (I think). Even overclocked fully (stable wise) 333Mhz, that still wasnt quite enough for full speed emulation. Although as we all know, freq. means nothing, being an ARM it is RISC I asume? If so it would probably be faster even at the same Mhz level!
PSP is MIPS, not ARM. Both are RISC designs.
got this at the thrift store today for practically nothing.
Its probably one of the first VHS boxed sets of Star Wars, it so old "A New Hope" is nowhere on the box.
The original theatrical versions, no CGI needed. Now we can see who shot first...:p
Just got my 1541 Ultimate II in the mail today. Cannot wait to get home and try it :D
