Arrived today, and it dont work with my TV?

Does this only work with say a PC monitor then?

The only work with displays 15khz. same as an normal amiga monitor, all they do is convert from 23 pin to 15.

Just tried it on a dell pc monitor same thing. Cannot display this resolution

Am I missing something here?
