Thanks for my A600 4MB expansion Brian! Got it in the post this morning.
Not had a chance to test it yet as the A600 is in the loft (waiting for my arcade conversion) I will test it when I resume that project in a few short weeks. But, I'm sure it's working and it will really boost the A600 with the plans I have for it.

The 8mb board works great and the board expansion works great too. As I bought them separate. Ive left separate feedback.
Note: I paid in UK pounds and Kipper2k was honest enough to refund the money I paid too much. Really good guy to deal with.:)

Some good news for people...
I have managed to get approval from LVD to use his last version of the A600 4/8mb board so i will be manufacturing it. (boards are lost in the mail as we speak:(
K, difference with this board and the older 4mb board.
- onboard jumpers to select memory config
- fastmem is auto config (no drivers to enable fastmem)
- 0, 1.5, 4, 5.5 and 8mb memory configurable
- can be adjusted without opening case (using ribbon cable header available as extra)
- Same price as the a500 8mb boards ($49, jumper header and cable extra)
- jumpers can be changed when powered on and will take affect on reboot. (I recommend shutting dwn)
- has 2 guide holes for screws that can fit in the HDD cradle holes for those people that want to secure it little tighter.
Bad news is, i wasn't kidding. DHL has lost my boards somewhere between Winnipeg and Thunder Bay so i have submitted another order while i am waiting for them to get the board order they lost remanufactured at their expense.
I will still sell the older 4mb boards that you can see on my webpage for those people that only want the 4mb. At the moment i have no A600 boards in any flavour whatsoever until i receive the new order i put in
I expect that the new boards will be ready for selling in 2 - 3 weeks. I'll accept pre -orders but no money until i actually have them ready to mail.

Very nice. Is there a switch that would enable us to switch between 4mb and 8mb configuration (for when one wants to use PCMCIA) ? I.e. a switch that can turn 1-2 ON and 3-4 OFF when in one position and 1-2 OFF and 3-4 ON in the other position ?
ii set it up so you can use jumpers on the board itself or a link cable with jumper block switches. I'll post pics of that later when i actually receive the boards
Damn you Kipper, every time I try to walk away.. Sold my 4Mb board and was gonna sell the A600 but that new board looks tasty... Might have to buy one! :D

Here are some pics of the 8mb A600 fastmem board and the jumper settings. Pictures show an a600 with 2 mb chip mem (basic 1mb and 1mb chipmem board)
If no jumpers are fitted then the fastmem does not appear.
