Heat sink fitted to 040, and crystal is scocketed (original crystal to get 25Mhz is included), no fan included as I cooled it with a large case fan.

I'm sorry, I must withdraw my interest: I was very interested by this card (and the upgrade to 060) but I forgot that I also need a graphic card, better for AOS4. :(
