Amiga 1200 in D-BOX tower expanded
Hello,
For sale is my beloved Amiga-PCI project that currently cannot be completed due to the lack of time and the need of money.
It is an Amiga 1200 fitted to a D-Box tower, manufactured from Elbox, an installed Mediator PCI 1200 TX board: http://www.elbox.com/products/mediator_pci_1200_tx.html fitted with the latest bug fixed ROMs and the following cards and devices installed:
- Voodoo 3 PCI Graphics card (driver is installed on hard disk)
- Pinnacle PCI studio card (the appropriate software for Amiga included on hard disk, it is already installed)
- Soundblaster PCI128 soundcard (driver is installed on hard disk)
- ROM 3.1
- Ethernet Realtek PCI (with old BNC and newer RJ45 slots).
- IDE 3.5" Hard Disk
- IDE CD-ROM (compatible with Amiga OS4/4.1 CD)
- Amiga compatible floppy disk (fitted into the tower)
- PCMCIA raiser card (for use with your Amiga PCMCIA card - into the tower).
- 2.5” IDE converter to 2x 3,5”, for use with 4x IDE devices
- Amiga keyboard converter to PS/2, in order to use a PS/2 keyboard with your Amiga
- The official Mediator CD and manual (latest versions of mediator software drivers and programs have already been downloaded to hard disk)
The last both photos showing the Amiga Operating System while working with an accelerator installed. The accelerator is not available on sale.
What you see is what the package contains. No PS/2 keyboard/mouse but I have added a DIN5 cable to PS/2 converter to use your PS/2 keyboard direct with this Amiga.
If you are already an owner of an Amiga accelerator, you can easily install it so this Amiga computer, then it will boot to the system you see on attached photos.
This project is a real Amiga with PCI expansion cards. If you intend to install Amiga OS 4.0 or 4.1 for classics, cables are correctly installed in order to boot from the Amiga OS 4/4.1 bootable floppy to find the Amiga OS 4/4.1 CD-ROM and complete the installation (please note that Voodoo and Ethernet cards are directly compatible with the Amiga OS 4, without the need of the additional drivers). The installation order of the PCI cards from above to the bottom is the correct one and ready to work perfectly to any of your future Amiga operating system installations.
The tower is in great internal and external condition, almost like new, please check the pictures.
Price: 450 Euros (PayPal Gift or Buyer pays the fees) plus shipping. Package cannot be splitted in parts. No returns.
Shipping cost: to Europe is 50 Euros, to US it is 75 Euros, registered package with tracking in both cases.
