A1200 Board in Power Tower
Here I'm selling a Power Tower which has slightly yellowed. The front panel LED's are not working I don't think they are connected up properly but I couldn't figure out how to get them to work in the time I spent on it.
The mainboard is a revision 2B, it has burned 3.1 roms installed in it and I could also send the official 3.0 roms if wanted. A 3.5" 2.1gb hard drive is in the tower but I am unsure what (if anything) is on it as it came with some other Amiga equipment I bought, it spins up fine and hdtools finds it so I assume it is fully working.
There is a Cumara external floppy drive converted into df0 fully working, the only thing is no drives attached to the external disk drive port work when using this drive as df0 so if you want to use external drives you will have to replace the internal drive as well.
The system powers on and everything works, I've loaded workbench and a couple of demos from disk to check it. There is no keyboard but it does have the keyboard adapter in it, just plug in any compatible keyboard. I will send a converter so you can use a ps/2 kb as well as big box Amiga kb's. There is a 52 speed cdrom drive in the tower as well but I have not seen this working myself but it looks in good condition.
So just so everyone is clear, to get this working as a system you will need to add the following: keyboard, mouse and video cable - to access the hard drive you will need a suitable ide cable. To get the hard drive and cdrom working at the same time you will need a buffered ide interface too.
