Declaring interest for 1 PCB with pre-programmed and -soldered TSOP. I'm also interested of component set if you decide to provide them. :)

You have until the 24th of February to state interest and then money will be collected. You will have until the 3rd of March to pay for the boards - payment details will be provided soon.

I'm new on this site. I'm a member of a1k.org. At our site we have at the last year tryed to make an project like this, but it don't finished.

First, I realy want one GBA Board revision 4 and order it save with this posting.

But now my questions:

Someone above tells "1 PCB with pre-programmed and -soldered TSOP". What is meaning by that, or what is the price of this option?
Know someone the shipping cost to germany?
It can be if I know this I order a 2nd board for an other meber from a1k.org
I'm hope you can help me a little to answer this questions.
