I don't think that relates to anything PAL/NTSC, it seems to be part of the CPU "glue-logic" circuitry. But there's mention of a 60 MHz maximum operating frequency in the datasheet (if that's the correct one).Quote:

Just an update, i have put in the order for the components so that hopefully everything arrives at the same time. I ordered 50 CPU's and i am down to 3 left on this order so once i reach the 50, any orders submitted after this time for CPU's will not be able to ship with the boards and probably won't be available for mailing until at least 6 weeks. Chipram also is low and only enough for 3 more boards so that will have to be for the next order also if required. I have investigated the price of the GAL's and the price for all 11 of them should be about $15 total (or less if someone can do better)
