?? HD+ = HD8+, there is only one version of the HD+, also known as Impact II. This can take 8MB fast ram.
The Impact I is available without RAM, or a version with max 4MB.

AFAIK HD8+ is just a naming convention, probably to imply the maximum installable RAM is 8 MB (the series I model accepted up to 4 I think).
Or maybe a sales code, to imply 8 MB is already "factory" installed.

By the workbench screenshot I can tell that there is no RAM installed but could be wrong. The seller can tell more about this.
GVP HD uses standard SIMMs so it's easy to find 4X2 to max to 8MB of ram
Yes, all Impact II's are identical and have 4 30 pin SIMM sockets. They accept 1MB 30pin SIMM's for a total of max 4MB or you can use 4MB 30pin SIMM's for a maximum of 8MB.Quote:
