Just bought my first A1200 and for now I'm only gonna use it for gaming so I'm looking in the first place for a simple 4MB RAM expansion or maybe a simple accelerator card like ACA-1232 if the price is right.

Payment received. Thanks!
Will post the card for you tomorrow! :)
Hi,
Murugan reports he got the card but his A1200 won't boot with the card plugged in. He's getting a yellow screen at bootup.
Does anyone know if this could be a timing issue with a Blizzard 1220/4?
I had that problem with an ACA Card and Motherboard Rev 2b that had timing issues and all I got was a yellow screen.
Thanks!

Offered refund if buyer doesn't want to keep the card.
I have never heard about timing issue with blizzards card. My brother have a 1220/4 and plays OK in rev2B. But every amiga and every card is different and you could never be sure. I suppose that a good clean of the contacts is necessary for start.
Could be a fault with the A1200 (failing caps, etc), however first thing to do is to clean the edge connector with IPA or a Pencil Eraser. Also maybe the PSU isn't powerful enough to drive the card, it's not that power hungry but if the PSU is on it's last legs that can be enough to cause a non boot situation.
Also take care that the motherboard shield does not touch the accelerator. It may cause an error.it happened to me. But Marios is correct, every Amiga is a unique issue!
So far I tried every possible jumper setting but still no luck.
Yesterday I got the 3.1 kickrom screen a few times and black screens.
I only got the yellow screen once and 1 software error screen.
When I remove the card, the CF HD boots without a problem.
I'll clean the contacts this weekend and try some PSU's. The current one is a A500 one that came with the unit and I have 2 spare ones.
As far as I can see and feel, the card doesn't touch the shield and it's firmly in the connector.
My board is a Rev 2B by the way.
Too bad I can't test it in another machine :(
EDIT: cleaned my contacts and tried another PSU. No luck, I just get the kickrom screen
Still looking for a simple 4-8MB RAM expansion card :(
