I cannot find anything in the rules specific to this situation.
But I would presume that as soon as you withdraw interest, you lose you're place to the next in line. Subsequently re-raising interest will then be at the next available slot of the current queue.

Sure a mod will be along shortly to clarrify... :)

If someone withdraw its interests, the 'ball goes to the next player' who declared an interest.
In this case 'direktorn' is the next.
