Item recieved a few days ago and now tested, ran 2 hours including some Revision 2012/2013 demos, never crashed once on my CS MKIII.

I do however saw that I need to have the socket replaced, one pin holder is already loose, but doesn't affect operation as far as I can see.

It's not the cpu that has damage.

It's my socket from my Cyberstorm MKIII, when I extracted the old XC68060RC50 one of the pinholders in the socket came out.
So it's the socket that is going to need replacement in the near future.
