FPU 68882 - 20 pin DIP RAM - RAM boards - ROMs
Up for sale some spare bits, all in working order

1. MC68882FN25A FPU (25 MHz, Freescale manufactured, PLCC package). Has only been used to test it works.

2. Set of 4 identical RAM chips, each is 128 KB so in total it's 512 KB of RAM. 20 pin DIP packaging, suitable e.g. for use in A500 (rev6A or 8A/+), various RAM expansions, A3000 chip RAM etc.

6. A500 trapdoor RAM expansion, board only. Branded "D & S Designs". Battery has been removed and CR2032 coin holder (with diode) installed in place. The board has no RAM chips (can take 4 from the ones on sale above) but it does have the OKI M6242B RTC chip.

7. Early model (16 chips) A501 trapdoor RAM expansion for the A500, board only. The RTC circuitry has been removed due to damage from battery leakage. As a purely RAM board, it works fine.
