Amiga 4000D & A1200 DVI & A4000 Blank Rear Expansion Port Covers
Hi Everyone,
Some time ago I had my A4000D Indivision connector on a full height back plate but when I installed my Mediator I wanted to move it to the rear expansion port of my Amiga which was missing, so I could have access to all PCI slots on the Mediator.
I started to cut up the full size back plate with a dremmel but its looked like a dogs dinner so I contacted a local metal laser cutting company who made some for me.... but the minimum order was 100
So I have some spares :D
0 (was 70) x Expansion covers with DVI hole and 3(was 20) x Expansion covers which are blank. (I had some blanks made as I see lots of A4000D's on this forum without the plate.)
NO MORE DVI PLATES LEFT :(

I'm asking £2.50 per plate + PayPal fees + Postage (they'll be sent as a letter where possible - each plate is 10g). Please PM me state which plate(s) you want.
The plates are unpainted and laser cut from .9mm steel. The screw holes for attaching it to you 4000D case are untapped but you can tap them or use a nut & bolt etc.. I tapped mine for a M3 thread which works pretty well.
If you want me to tap the holes, please let me know in your PM.
Once its in place it looks great.

I appreciate a lot of you guys would have simply made these with a few swipes of a cutting disc or a quick blast from your heat vision but I'm a bit ham fisted when it comes to this sort of stuff and you must admit, if it weren't for the fact that they're unpainted, they look like the original plate. (The company took my original 4000D expansion cover plate and duplicated it).

There is clearance if you use the internal 3.5" HD chassis mounted on the PSU / daughter board rail as long as the drive sits no lower than the lowest point on the HD chassis.
Thanks for looking.
UPDATE 02/06/14
I recently bought a 1200 and then a indi from Amigakit.
The plate is the perfect height and I modified it to fit the 1200:
Attachment 70229
Basically, measure the expansion slot in the 1200, cut off the ends with a saw / tin snips so the plate fits and the DVI is in the middle of the now shorter plate. You will need to keep the two ends you just removed so don't throw them away or damage them.
Drill two new holes either side of the dvi slot with a drill larger then the M3 thread which is cut into the holes in the two bits you just removed. Drill them as close as you can to the edge, in the middle of the plate:

You should be left with something like this:
Attachment 70227
(This is one of my first efforts but the holes I drilled are too close to the DVI hole and the connector didn't fit - I should have followed my own advice below and produced a mock up with cardboard really )
Fit the plate, and use the two threaded tabs to secure it:
Attachment 70226
The Indivision I have has a short fly lead to the connector. It is a tight fit to connect it to the board, but it will work.
It may be advisable to mock this up in cardboard to ensure you get the measurements right.
So, if you want a plate for your Indivision MK2 (I'm assuming this is the CR version as the DVI is not on a daughter board that can be bolted the the case), drop me a PM. I won't do the modifications for you, but if I can do it, anyone can
