Amiga 500 4/8mb fastmem boards with IDE

Interested in 1 x 8MB fastmem board with IDE.

Not that I want to break this order streak :) but... when is the approx date these modules will be assembled?

Could you please explain for noobs like me, what is exactly the use and aim of this hardware ?
Is it a RAM expansion with a CF HArdDrive ?
Does it works on Amiga 500 1.3 ?

I've now moved back to Thunder Bay and my mts email account is now closed so please don't bother sending me anything there. I've switched over to Shaw so am in process of switching over acct and webpage etc. Don't panic if your email bounces, i'm still here

As soon as i get a chance (and the info) it will be back up. I have a lot of unpacking in next couple of days so bear with me as i won't be online too much until its sorted

Time for an update,

I have managed to clear a workspace for myself and I will start working on the Vampire boards tomorrow (Wed) and i will start working on the fastmem/IDE boards next Mon (28th Oct). I'll start sending emails to people when ready to mail for payment. Don't send me anything until i request and also my paypal account info will be different. Thanks for your patience

One more update, i am now settled in my new place and hope to start making these on Tuesday, i will go through the list according to date requested and send out PMs/emails to those who requested.

It is 8mb extra fastmem for the a500 series
it has a CF header you can plug in a CF card and use as a Harddrive
the 8mb will be visible using all Kickstarts, and you will require a patched 1.3KS ROM to be able to access the HDD functions. (there are some Tutorials for creating these and hopefully this thread revives interest into updating some of the older tutorials
