per what roy said, the points you pickup for the header pins are behind the edge connector ; so won't interfere per se :)
The 2 points for the motherboard can be soldered in other places as well but they are the easiest places and will not interfere with the slot itself
Brian, I also PMed you but it seems you are a very busy man these days with all these projects running at the same time. Do you have any estimation about how this very list goes? Any update about the preorders and the priority list?
