All seems good so far; A couple of black screens initially, but my fault really - had to make sure the board is secure so I will probably stick something to support the board at the CF end.
Also probably worth pointing out that Kickstart 2.05 or greater is required to recognise the IDE; I know it's obvious to most people but I forgot this and thought I had a problem at first :-)
It really is amazing to see my old 500 / 500+ become so 'hi spec'!
What I would like to know is - are people keeping the top shielding when using this, cutting it, or tossing it away?
I binned the shield ages ago. :D
