Up for sale are one A2000 keyboard, one A3000 keyboard, and an A4000 keyboard (SOLD).
I last tested the A4000 keyboard with my own A4000 before I sold it a few months ago. I am not able to test the A2000 and A3000 keyboards.
Looking for £15 or near offer on each + shipping.

Pretty sure. Only the "Scala Workstation" branded one has the PS/2 style connector, while the others have the larger DIN.

One is definitely a 4k and one is definitely a 2k. The last one is unbranded so to speak, so I suppose it could be for a 3k, but that one has the same DIN as the 2k one.Quote:

Ok, so there are avaliable two keyboards, both of them with 5 DIN connector.
I will take the one which says for A3000 (looks like a A4000 in view).
I'll wait then till the A3K postage is calculated and accepted, and the kbd is sent to mariosMSX. If it doesn't happen, I'll take both kbds. If it does happen, I'll take the cherry one.

(at the time of my interest maybe both A4000, the original add was changed, but read this: Link) I have declared interest for ANY so it would have been polite to at least ask if I wanted one of them... from what I have read all is correct.
tbtorro declared interest in "ANY" of the "A4000" keyboards as there was only 1 and amigean had declared interest in them "ALL" then decided to take the "A4000" that left 0 A4000 keyboards.
later Interest was in A2000 or A3000 keyboards and tbtorro had left the que as no A4000 keyboards where left for sale.
I find no issues at all with this thread.
I think the issue tbtorro has is that the A3000 keyboard was first described as an A2000 keyboard (because I didn't know any better) and had it been described as an A3000 keyboard from the start, he would have declared interest in that also.
tbtorro only declared interest in "A4000" and because he did not declare interest in any others he effectively left the que when the "A4000" was sold.
This would have been all fine if the thread hasn't changed. But it did. One keyboard was described wrong. I wanted any of the non-A2000 keyboards but it was undecided what it was at this point. I clearly wrote anyQuote:

In fact it wasn't clear what type of keyboard was the "second in row" -not second in photo- keyboard. The first in row was a A4K for sure, so i wrote "Interested in one, whatever it is" so the second in row is the interest for me, whatever it was.

Ok, I apologise for the delay. I now have the packing materials needed to ship these awkward things, so they will be going out today :)
Item arrived today, very fast delivery. The condition of the keyboard was not good (or i should say awful :blink:), it was very dirty, some brown sticky staff was between keys, and small parts of paper are stacked under the keys. But the keys are not yellowed. The case was yellowed on the upper side, and it has a crack in the front, not a very big crack.
Everything changed to a much better condition after a strong bath:p. And not to forget saying that all keys are working fine. After all, slk486 never said that it was "in perfect condition", so there is no problem at all :thumbsup: and i will leave a positive feedback for him :)
Describing a condition is always tricky as our offsets are different, so pictures are better. In this case, perhaps the picture did not convey the condition property? I'll try to take better pictures in the future, so there are no surprises!
I never opened it and probably didn't examine it well enough to notice the crack you mention, but very pleased to hear it works, though :)

A4000 keyboard received some time ago. In relatively good condition - better than I expected from the pictures. The only downside is that the packaging wasn't quite up to it (or the postman wasn't as gentle!) and a bit of the plastic in the bottom-right corner has been crushed-in. This is a small bit less than a centimeter across and it's potentially repairable with the right resin.
I am happy with it all considered, thanks for a good deal. Leaving feedback now.
Oh that is a bummer :( I was sure the packaging would be adequate as the sides and edges were extra braced :(
