The first time I set it up I used the switches but I jumped them instead so I could close the case. I'm wondering if I can put the disable jumper on the same switch as the Rom so when I change to 1.3 Rom it disables the 020 at the same time and not needing a 2nd switch...

No problems on the Floppy Cable, PM me your address and I'll pop it in the post - you should have said at the time ;)

Really pleased, its working perfect since I installed it I've had no need to re-seat or anything, it just works!

Yes, you'd need a double pole double throw switch for that - in fact the switch I put on there might well be one as that's what I tend to buy as a "general" switch.

I only realised I couldn't find a floppy power cable when I came to put it all back together - will pm you my address, thanks!

Switch with four pins, yes, but specifically double pole... You want it to switch the contacts independently.
