This is an A1000 Phoenix Side Car. It is currently populated with an A2091 Card, fully populated memory wise with 6.6 ROMs. These can be upgraded to 7.0 ROMs if you wish. Has one Zorro slot unpopulated. Asking price is 150USD ONO plus shipping. The case is a little dirty, but I will do my best to clean it up before shipping. Please see the pictures below. Enjoy!

Excited to get this side car. My A1000 has a small 2MB side memory unit now and I see the Phoenix has a pass through slot so I can have 512K internal, 2MB in Phoenix case, and 2MB side pass through slot for 4.5MB total. Should be nice for an old A1000. Will have to see how I can get a SCSI HDD on that A2091. Will be asking questions to you all soon. 8-)
Next question... I wonder if there is such a thing as a Zorro II CPU Card to update the CPU of the A1000 to something newer or does it not work that way?

Payment Received. I will clean the case and find screws for it as it didn't have any to hold the top on. I cannot ship it tonight as UPS is already closed, but I will see about getting it out to them by tomorrow. Failing that it will ship on Monday, no if ands or buts. As far as I know, there isn't a Zorro II cpu upgrade persay, but if you find an older A500 CPU upgrade that clips into the 68K you can upgrade your CPU that way. Others here will know more than I.
No CPU slot where made to hook an A2000 accelerator on the lateral connector that I know. Some where made for the A500, but they will clash with the A1000 case.
If I understand correctly, the only Accelerator that would work in the A1000 case was one that was made for the CDTV and that is almost impossible to find, sadly.
Really don't need a CPU upgrade but thought I would at least ask. For what I doing I will be happy with extra memory and hope of getting a scsi drive installed. TjQuote:
