I am the original owner of a working A1000 system. I'd like to sell this as a single package for $200US plus shipping. Here is what you get:

By the way, i couldn't help noticing you got there a collection of Robo City News! Do you believe that it would be an extreme hassle if i asked you to scan them for the good of the community? There's very few around, (i have one scanned already) and i believe that the rest of the Amigans would agree that knowledge must be spread :)
If you find it too difficult, i'd consider buying the ones i don't have and scan for the masses :D

Regarding scanning Robo City News issues, I had no idea these were so hard to come by. They are full of useful programming tips and give great insight into what was going on Amiga-wise in those early days. I actually have two articles published in Robo City News on scientific programming and benchmarking. Do you know if there is an archive site set up for this purpose?

isn't that joystick a Konix Speedmaster? i didn't know they had diffent names for them?

Let's see how things go. I'd be willing to scan the issues I have if we can find a good place to post them. If you've got all the Amiga World issues, go to December 1991 (V. 7 no. 12). That's a much younger version of me on p. 58!
