Hi folks. Splitting my last A1200 offers this back into the wild. It's boxed with original Manual.

She has a 40Mhz FPU fitted which runs quite happily @ 50Mhz without issue.

As coze points out, it is listed but not it's speed. Probably to do with only 1 x X-Tal. :shrug:

Hello mate. You say you'd be willing to pull the FPU if it isn't needed. Well, would you be willing to pull the card if that isn't needed? ;)

What I'm getting at is, would you sell me the FPU only for my Mk IV? I'm not 100% sure I particularly need/want it, but if you'd be willing I'd soon decide.

Sure thing Steve, I don't see why not. ;)

FPU's are not needed for gaming, but are essential for programs which use it. Ray tracing is much much faster for it, as is Graphic manipulation in progrmas such as AdPro, ImageFx etc.
