The volumetic wieght of the board + box = 2.5-3.0 kg so there are two tolerable postage rates that include tracking and insurance.
Parcelforce "Global Priority" ( 4 days + tracking ) is 45 UK pounds
or for "Global Express" ( 1 day + tracking ) is 55 UK pounds.
