I'm selling my PCMCIA 2MB Flash Memory Card for A600 or A1200 :
It's FLASH MEMORY !!! Only used like HD SPACE not Memory replacement.

Does it add fast ram to the A1200 with this PCMCIA card ?

ok I rephrase if it is a sram card if will give you extra memory
prepcard seems to be not working with it, it can see the card .. but when i want to format it, it say "write protected" so it seems we can only use it like HD.
Need some comment if someone could use it like ram :)
(can't really test due to my M-tec 1230 board disabling pcmcia :\ )
Are you sure it's an SRAM card, not just a (small) flash card? If it's the latter, it can only be used as a disk.
My old M-Tec 1230 had a Jumper to set the Memory to 4mb making it PCMCIA friendly...Quote:

I also have several of those which also came from Cisco equipment.
See attached, I marked out the Jumper that I had to remove to set my old M-Tec 1230 to 4mb, should be the same on yours :thumbsup:
