Looking for the above 2 items, a pair of A4000 3.0 ROM's and that plastic thing that goes between the Hard Disk mount and the daughterboard so it doesn't short the contacts.
Thanks for looking and any help would be much appreciated. :)

Chris, if you are not a fanatic for original pieces, I suggest you a sheet of mylar paper with two or three pads of dual-sided glue paper.
FFS!
I binned this, on a hesitation too, in last weeks rubbish! :****ed:
But not all is lost as rkauer points out. Even use a piece of thin but firm card and make your own. Use the back of a knife to score the card when folding. Dead easy
Unreal....
However, I do have a set of 3.0 ROMS if you're interested. I didn't bin those.
PM me if you want to discuss.
Kin
Aw Kin!!! Gee, ok PM will be send for them ROM's. :)
@ rk, I am currently using some folded paper, it works but is ugly and un-original. Hope someone has one of these. Wished I asked for one sooner now. :sigh:

Dunno about ugly m8. If you cut it to size, once the hard drive cradle is in place, you can't see it anyway. Card is neater & far less prone to being punctured by the solder points. Folded paper is a bit flimsy tbh.
PM replied to. :)

That's why I recommended mylar "paper": it is the same material used in electric motors and on the Amiga (the transparent version).
I know rkauer, but that stuff is not readily available in the high street.
Kin
Of course it is! You only have to look in the right places. ;)
Go for an electric motors repair business and ask for a piece.
cut up the lid of an ice cream tub
of course you got to eat the icecream first:D
Thanks for all the suggestions, got the 3.0 ROM's (thanks Kin), still on the lookout for an official plastic sheet rather then a DIY job though.
