Region switch is very easy to install so don't feel limited to looking for already modded units.
If you find one in the uk I'll install the switch for you, takes about ten minutes.
Very nice of you, thanks! So either a PAL or NTSC one would do.
An offer has been made to slk486 for my Boxed Japanese Super 32X. It is currently NTSC region but i will add a PAL/NTSC switch to it.
Here are some pics of the unit showing condition and the fact its currently working.
As you can see the unit and outer box are in fantastic condition however the inner cardboard is torn in places. You could probably get away with some sellotape but i'll leave that up to you.
Its just the boxed unit for sale (not the megadrive II) with all original fixings/cables. You're welcome to the 36 Great Holes NTSC cartridge too but it is just the cartridge.
One more pic
That does look like it's in really good shape
Now waiting for the postage bomb
Ok, boxed within another box in comes in around 2kg
UPS Access Point Euro via parcel2go is £14.27 including VAT (Insured up to £50, 3-5 days and fully tracked). If you want to increase the insurance to £100 then the price goes up to £17.27.
Payment sent. Thanks scrappy!
And received with thanks :)
I found a switch so installed it tonight.
Here you go buddy.
Please remember your mega drive must be switchable too as the 32x must match the region of the mega drive.
I only have the one official 32X cartridge which is NTSC and will be sent with the console but as you can see when trying to start the cartridge in PAL it presents the error message. Starting the cartridge in NTSC allows it to boot as normal as seen in the previous pictures
Thanks. Yeah, my MD is switchable as well as overclocked. Shoutout to r0jaws! :D
