Does this include an RGB to scart cable? Also will the expansion have issue with PCMCIA transfer?

I should have somewhere scart cable
card is not PCMCIA friendly if it has more than 4MB of RAM installed, If you want to use the PCMCIA slot is Enable/Disable(4MB/8MB) switch on the card
