The warranty seals were intact, so I opened the unit before powering on and removed the battery and cleaned the board with lemon juice and rinsed with warm water, no visible damage and looks very clean, the battery was still silver at the ends but removed anyway as slight green on U12.
this A500+ gives a green screen (chip ram or agnus i believe), so I removed every chip checked and re-inserted, no change green screen.
I don't want to start swapping parts with my A500+ and cause 2 dead amiga's :D
none of the ram chips gets warm they stay cold, after 10 minutes or so all of the custom chips and cpu get slightly warm to the touch except the ROM and gary they stay cold as does all the ram chips as the A500+ keeps cycling/rebooting, keyboard flashes (like guru) then black screen and green again.

its yours for £12 + P&P, i've not tested the floppy drive, I don't want to take my A500 apart.
