w/o flickerfixer/scandoubler (anyway you wont need it)

The declaretion of intrest is posted in the thread of the item and not in PM's:)

Pm's are the mean to exchange essential to the transaction information such as paypal account end shipping address AFTER the declaration of intrest in public.

From what I can gather, I think he means people have previously shown interest in the card and now that he puts it up for sale no one has responded.

Statusgr is absolutely correct with this; unless the person interested has declared interest in the thread before making PM contact, under our current rules, the PM is invalid and is void.
