Atari 2600 JR AV modded
Hi all, bought this a few weeks ago from eBay as faulty (would only display in black & white). Replaced the colour pot and adjusted and it now works fine. I've since purchased and fitted one of Bas/BluesBrothers AV boards and machine is working fine. To be honest it was only bought to restore so I'm now offering it back up.
Comes with 1 controller, adjustable power cable, AV cable and boxed (although heavily squashed) Mrs Pacman game.
The power led wasn't working when I got it so I replaced it but all I had was bright blue.
All is working as it should however there are some negatives.
It appears someone has opened the Mrs Pacman cartridge as the label has been pierced and the screw is visible.
The other negative is the joystick. The rubber cover comes off. I assume there is supposed to be something to hold it in but it's missing. It hasn't affected using the joystick but needs mentioning.
I am asking £45 posted to the UK which is what I've paid out buying the machine and av board.

@Justin - If you want a new top half plastics for the joystick let me know as I have some spare. There should be a ring that the rubber handle sits under which holds it in place. Cost of postage only will be fine and it's an easy fix.
@ Scrappy - Good work there fella hope you enjoyed the install

Scrappy, the 2600 looks to be in one piece, the same cannot be said for the snes case :( it has taken a beating but we have the technology to rebuild it (da,da, da,da, da, da) bionic sound :)

Wow that's took a good beating hasn't it. I'll tell the wife to pack things better next time
if if you can repair it that would be awesome mate but if not then no worries.
