Maybe it's better for you to state your budget in the post, so people know what they can offer you.
A 64/3d with the scandoubler attached to it is not the cheapest to go for though, the latter is pretty rare (aka pricey).
The CV 643d is a good card, but try to buy a CV64 (without 3d) + a good flickerfixer, like Indivision. The CV64 has a passtrough so you can connect the SD an the gfx card with a simple loop cable. Other good card is a Piccolo SD64. This package is the better one... just my thoughts.
If you want a Piccolo SD64 instead, just let me know...
