Can someone from admins help me. As you know I m receiving bunch of PM and my mailbox is full and I need to keep all PM for various reasons. Is there any option to increase my inbox because I have created one folder and copy PM there but still have the same problems.
On the PM page, there is an option to download all messages at once in different format as text xml,....
I don't agree to close this thread. We are quite a few people still hoping to receive our pre-ordered Vampire boards...

To the people who already have the Vampire 2 up and running. What OS are you using? and would any of you choose Amikit over OS3.9?
I don't have my Vampire II yet but I'll do an OS3.1 with BetterWb as a base and MagicWb/Mui3.8/Amidock basic setting, with few cool commodities and latest libraries. Old classic school...
I've got os3.9 with classicwb planned for mine ;)

Seeing the order list ....and also because Only have 1 a600 unit and vampire 1 installed I wait paciently the 1200 versión from minute 0 like I does with vampire 1

I wrote an email to Kipper but I never got an email from Kipper, does anyone know how to get on the pre-order list?
Afaik, the pre-order list is his email inbox, so you should be on it. So when he finishes a batch, he will reply the next people in his inbox regarding payment, address etc.
Replacement vampire worked first time when plugged in. Haven't installed a CF yet but I have tried a few games on floppy. The 3d games fly and are silky smooth .Some 2d games no longer have slow down. I have been experiencing some graphical glitches though. I noticed this on a youtube video (comparing Adoom I think with a V2 and an 060) the Vamp had the glitches there if I remember right... Is anyone else having this problem?
Did you make an update to the last core?
No haven't got that far yet. Do you update the core from within workbench. I heard you don't have to connect it to the PC anymore to update. Is that right?

V600 drains minimum power so you don't need external power supply. From the start complete concept was to be able to work with minimal power supply, from weakest Amiga power supply unit. This thread is only for pre-orders and as the first page of this thread states, the pre-order list is closed so nobody will be added here.
Ordering through Kipper2k is an entirely different list which only exists in his inbox and thus is not visible to us. He'll go through his mails when he finishes some boards and will contact you when he gets there.
@suave, as A500 version is nearing completion and A1200 version is in design phase, you might indeed wanna have a chat with these guys. As it is now, it's difficult to satisfy demand AND delivery speed for the A600 version alone.Quote:

However, Kipper already gets his board partially assembled so question is if it's worth getting a new supplier or simply order the boards even "more pre-assembled"? :-)

Remember there are two people producing the Vampire boards - majsta and kipper2k. If you pre-ordered on this thread, you are getting one from majsta, not kipper2k. They are both building boards, but may be going at different speeds. It's always frustrating when homebrew hardware takes time to be made, but it's worth the wait :DQuote:

Bad news, I run out of parts, I have only 3 microSD card sockets left. 200 more is on the way but when will they be with me I don't know. This will once more delay things. I ll continue soldering and once sockets received I ll start sending again.

Kipper2k has nothing to do with the preorders. Preorders are placed in this thread which was closed a long time ago and are handled by Majsta. If you ordered by writing a mail to Kipper2k, then you are in the regular order queue which has probably ~8 weeks lead time currently from what I can understand.Quote:
