Amiga A570 **BRAND NEW** CDROM reader for Amiga 500

(Forgive my bad english)

I'm selling an A570 .
It's BRAND NEW, never used, never exit from his box. Mint conditions!
I don't know if it work, because it's sealed, never open.
There is still air of Commodore inside the bag! :wink:
I've found some unsold pieces in the garage of a guy who used to handle/sell/repair Amigas during the 90' years and I bought them all.
If someone is interest on buy one, I would get 90 euro.
I'll consider a trade with something else, Amiga related...

On request, I will test it before to send, but if you like to get it "virgin", keep in mind I can't give any warranty about.

The box contain:
-Drive
-Power supply
-Cables
-Install Disk
-Manual
-Caddy
-Warranty certificate (..don't mail it, It will not come back! ;)))

Manual and certificate are in italian language (sorry)

I think the "Install disk" should actually be a Utility disk, with a couple of little tools on it (CD audio play from Workbench, for example). The A570 itself doesn't need any "installation" other than plugging it on the side of your A500/A500+.

That's what mine came with anyway, all those years ago...

yes, you right. I called it "install disk" but it isn't.
I don't know what is inside the disk, but the label say "Utilities" :)

By the way, there is an italian guy who is working on a SCSI controller for the A570 and CDTV.
It will be product in a little numbers, I believe within this year ...

Searching best prices maybe we could get something around 40, that is not cheap anyway.

I believe it could cost around 25-30 euro with regular service, but it's not safe, even if I received some items from australia without problems (from amigamaniacs...you know?)

Item arrived today.Looks like brand new and unused as seller described it.I havent tested yet but thats what we agreed. Will leave feedback .

I hope it's not to late to ask if I could secure the final A570? I would love one of these more than just about anything, I have a decent collection of CDTV games but no CDTV, and this would be a dream come true. I even plan on making my own games and multimedia CDs so it would be the perfect drive to test my software on. I have my A500 set up at all times and use her a lot!
