It takes a PGA CPU right? So it should be able to down clock to 25? Or maybe you can change the crystal and run it at 40, but I'd wait for the tecnical genious' to confirm lol :DQuote:

Again: all the PGA 68030 are the same!
Does not matter if you install a 25, 33, 40 or 50MHz mask unit, since internally they are the same.
Use the one you can grab.

I've found a cheap A1200 case on Ebay but if you still need the CPU you can have it for the cost of P&P

Well, if I can use this CPU and it won't cause any problems if it's downclocked to 25Mhz with the common OSC I'd like to buy this from you, Steve!
