Amibay rules is for all? zerec break the rules!

When write here interest (7.6 or 12.6 - photos from raketa or 15.6 split) no money for payment, raketa is very friendly with big patience - some payment death line. After expiration last payment date and time raketa contacted me via PM (info here) as second in line - zerec after very quickly make payment 22.6! and write info payment sent. This is very unfair.

zerec info "I know I sent the money in the night from 21.06 to 22.06." is dirty lie.

zerec blocked me still from first time when have here declared interest (have money fast and ready for payment) and only make time wasting... this is break the rules!!!

Ensure you have sufficient funds before declaring interest in an item. If you try to buy an item and cannot pay on the agreed date, the seller may, on declaration in the thread that they wish to do so, offer the item to the next member in line."

Zerec was first, but no payment has been done, I gave him time do 10am, so Sveta was again contacted as written on forum... but maybe 30mins after I received payment from Zerec, but who is first in line?

I do not know if Sveta is still interested, but can admins please explain what the rules say?

you was delayed in answering interest and Zerec was delayed in sending payment but he was 1st in line.

The time limit you set had passed, it is up to you who you sell to, Sveta or Zerec

either complete the sale with Zerec or refund his money and sell to Sveta.

you won't be breaking any rules as a deadline you had set had passed,, 30 minutes or not it had still passed.

the rules concerned are Acceptable response times: and Members you don't wish to trade with:

so it is up to you who you sell to.

Very unfair what you do here!!
I withdrawed my intrest only because there
was no chance for me to buy after you
and raketa traded before in the background.

As I wrote in the thread "Everything is okay"
because raketa wrote an eMail to me he's
on vacation and he promised the highflyer is mine"
Because we both done mistakes.

Than I was so kind to tell Aysel that the Toaster is still available. But raketa totally ignored :-(

It would have been better to put
the stuff online after vacation
or it would have been cool to
post something like I need time
to answer posts etc.

This is something we didn't know before.
But not answering PMs or Thread entries
is not funny either.

For me it was clear when Sveta entered
there is no fair chance to win even being

I agree with some of your statements Zerec and i'm sure the op and buyer being from the same country did not help you purchase .

but when you come down to it...... you was late in paying.,,,, paypal's fault or your own,,,, better make sure you pay faster next time when the OP sets a deadline,,, buying and selling is not always a clear and easy thing when many dogs feeding out of the same bowl if you know what i mean...

good luck in finding another, im sure your day will come.

I tried to be unbiased, I personally think you should have had the sale as some mistakes were made both sides


BUT !!! if you come down to it.... you lost your place and became 2nd in line due to non or late payment.
