Yes two ide ports 40 + 44 pin. And works OK with idefix.

Unfortunately all my systems are stored. The card sits patiently in a box.

And runs flawlessly.

The PCB is mint. Like new. Nothing is repaired , soldered or damaged.

The only addition I made on this card was the fpu.
