Amiga 2000 (faulty)
I have for sale an Amiga 2000 which when turned on just shows blue screen
Chinon FB-354 3.5" floppy drive missing facia untested
Chinon FZ-502 5.25" untested
there is no harddisk drive.
there is a pic of the battery so you can be the judge of if it has damaged the motherboard or not
unfortunatly the previous owner has damaged the video 23 pin socket which can be seen in the pics, but it still works to give the blue screen.
this sale is for the a2000 only no mouse or keyboard sorry
asking £80 (was £100 (GBP)) for it and shipping £20 for UK only. Will ship to the rest of Europe too but please ask for shipping quotes first.
will be adding more pics of motherboard very soon

Good call Vyncynt
it look like a Rev 4.4
I've added a pic too
Attachment 91357
Hope im looking in the right place

yeah its a rev 4.x because it has the 32 RAM chips. later revs have only 8 ram chips
blue screen means bad custom chip (or simply a bad connection). it may boot up if you
just re-seat all the custom chips. just pushing on them might be enough.
also, battery is just starting to go and motherboard doesn't look that bad (I've repaired many 1000 times worse).
but you should snip off the battery right now before it gets worse and becomes totally worthless ;-)

Correct about the battery. Leakage is evident by the dark green/blue speckles and fuzzy mold corrosion on the board and the components near the the battery. It does not look nowhere near as bad as when my motherboard's battery leaked.
