I have an Amiga 4000/040 that I want to swap for a good 1260 accelerator board.
The 4000 is in good condition (no yellowing) with the stock v3.0 68040 CPU board fitted. The heatsink on the CPU has come loose so would need glueing or clamping down again.
It has a socketed Buster 09 chip, 4 or 8GB IDE hard disk and CD drive fitted.
The keyboard is UK version and nice and clean too.

Any battery damage? How's the sound output?

The battery has already been removed before I bought it and afaik there doesn't seem to be any damage. Both the sound channels work fine too and there doesn't seem to be any leakage on the caps.

with or without OS and others?
depending on the 1260 board I may be tempted to include the OS39 CD + install disk?
In fact, I would like to know if there is a OS setup on the HD? not to get the OS39 CD + install disk.
The hard disk is currently setup with OS39, WHDLoad etc.
