A1200 Ram Expansion Card

I am looking to purchase a 4 or 8 Meg Ram Expansion Card for my Amiga 1200.

@Crawff: I had to remove your remark. Prices are not a matter of discussion on Amibay.

It is just a matter of market laws: if an item sells for a giving price, OK. If it doesn't, the seller is asking too much.

Also, memory-only expansions are too much seek items, which make they expensive.

You can find a Blizzard or Apollo 1220 for the similar amount and one of those will give you 4Mb (or 8Mb) RAM AND a higher clocked 020 CPU.

Crawff, if your not in a hurry i will probably have a 4mb ram expansion available in about 2 weeks, I'm waiting for my blizzard 1230 & scsi kit to arrive from Italy.
I originally bought it from Zetr0 in this thread and if your interested you can have it for the same £20 plus p&p.

Don't want to gazump any done deals, but... I also have a 4mb RAM card and can do £20 + p£p (£4?). Spare as I just bought a Blizzard 1230 also.

I assume they're all the same, but if not it's one of the ones that supports 8mb (if you replace the SIMM), has a RTC battery (which is dead) and a socket for a FPU.

I have already committed to buying the Ram Card from scrappysphinx but if noone else needs a Ram card, i would also like to buy your Card for my Dad's Amiga.

Hope I'm not acting against the spirit of Amibay, but have changed my mind and decided to hang onto this as a backup for now instead.

Haven't tested my 1230 too thoroughly yet and wouldn't want to be stuck with only 2mb chipmem... :wooha:
